1. Do not soak in cold water

2. Put the dried lotus seeds into the pot after the water has boiled
Just pour in the lotus when the water is boiling, during the cooking process if the dish is dry, add boiling water. The lotus seeds will come out delicious and not crunchy immature.
3. Do not put sugar in the pot until the lotus seeds are soft
During the cooking process, you have to wait for the lotus seeds to soften before adding sugar. If you add sugar first, it will make it difficult for the lotus seeds to ripen evenly.
