HOW TO USE:
1. Lemongrass essential oil:
1.1. For skin:
- Mix 2 drops of oil mix with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, use a bandage to take that mixture and dab it on the wound
1.2. For hair:
- Option 1: Put 2 to 4 drops of essential oil mixed with ½ cup of warm water and rinse evenly on the hair after washing (should not be rinsed with water after). You can put 2 to 3 drops of this essential oil in the palm of your hand and then put it over your hair.
- Option 2: Mix 2 to 3 drops of essential oil with your shampoo at home to increase the quality of shampoo as well as create fragrance for hair.
1.3. Reduce stress :
- Option 1: Fill the bathtub with water and mix 10 drops of essential oil
- Option 2: Make body oil according to the usual dilution ratio for adults is 10% essential oil and 90% base oil, shake well before use.
- Option 3: Use an essential oil diffuser, add warm water to ½ of the steaming plate, then add 2-3 drops of essential oil, helping you have a deep sleep and feel comfortable when you wake up
1.4. Disinfect and kill insects:
- Use 10ml of essential oil and 40ml of medical alcohol in a spray bottle, shake well and spray on kitchen cabinets, walls, toilet floors to help deodorize, kill bacteria and repel insects such as mosquitoes, stickers…
2. Grapefruit essential oil:
- Option 1: Put about 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil into the your washing water
- Option 2: Add 10ml of water to mix well and apply to the hair after washing, once a day, or drop 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand to apply. evenly on hair after washing.
3. Cajeput essential oil:
3.1.For adults:
- Use as medicated oil
- Combine with base oil for massage
- Use for facial and body steam
3.2. For babies:
- To bathe: Add a few drops of essential oil to a bath with hot water. After bathing, rub a little essential oil on the back, soles of feet, palms to keep baby warm, and at the same time let baby feel comfortable and relaxed
- Runny nose, cold: Apply oil around the place where the baby sleeps such as pillows, blankets, scarves ...
- Cough treatment: Rub essential oils behind and in front of your baby's chest like a Massage
- Treatment of ant and mosquito bites: Apply immediately to the baby's bitten area
- Treatment of abdominal pain: Rub around the navel area
4. Tangerine essential oil:
4.1. Scalp and hair care:
- Option 1: Mix a few drops of essential oil in the discharge head
- Option 2: Mix a few drops of essential oil with about 10ml of hot water on your hair after washing
- Option 3: Put a few drops in the palm of your hand, then massage your hair and scalp
4.2. For skin:
- Face steaming: Put 3-4 drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water, steam your face for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face with cool water to increase skin elasticity
- When taking a bath, put a few drops of essential oil in the bath (can put 5-10 drops into the bath, or apply 1-2 drops of essential oil directly to the skin, massage after a wet bath).
- Skin therapy, skin disorders, even skin tone, melasma: Mix essential oils with skin oils (olive oil, tamanu, coconut oil ...) with 1:1 ratio and apply gentle massage in the evening before going to bed .
4.3. For brands:
- Option 1: Directly put a few drops of pure tangerine essential oil on the wound, helping to stop bleeding and heal the wound quickly.
- Option 2: Put 1-2 drops of essential oil on a clean cotton ball, dab on the traces to help disinfect and heal the skin

- Option 1: Put a few drops of pure essential oil in a glass of hot water, shake well and drink
- Option 2: Combine essential oils with base oils and massage the abdomen, then relax
