The trick, in this case, is that you should burn different scents in different areas of the house to help the olfactory system be activated when we go back and forth between rooms.

- Each time you want to burn your candle, start by trimming the wick (0.4 - 0.6mm). It gives you a cleaner, and brighter burn.
- Only burn your candle maximum for 4 hours at a time.
