1. Conditions of return:
You can return the goods in the following cases:
- The gift box is damaged, heavily dented, torn, wet, etc., during delivery.
- After opening the gift box, the gift is broken, torn, not in sufficient quantity or design as the information on the web or as the original agreement.
- When some gifts are out of stock, The Joy Box will change the color, style, or type of goods at the same price for you. We will notify you via email/phone before sending the gift box.
The customer sends a picture of the condition of the gift box or the item after unboxing, proving the above deficiency to complete the return/exchange of the goods.
2. Regulations on time to notify and send returned products:
- Time for notification of return: within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product in case the product is missing gifts or broken.
- Time to send and return the product: within 14 days of receiving the product.
Product return location: customers can bring the goods directly to The Joy Box store or the brand will support you to return the order.
